Not in form

von Christa Layr

Not to be in form means stress,
only to those who want to be.
To many people it means less,
they are content with what they see.

To them another quality,
of brainpower and common sense,
suppresses form that you can see
and this makes all the difference.

The ancient Romans said, however,
that spirit needs a healthy frame.
We must decide now what is clever
and how much we support this claim.
