The storm loves all the autumn days
and pushes leaves and rattles trees
and shows in many different ways
it is the master of the breeze.
Far more frightening, however,
in our closer universe
is what sun and moon endeavour
with the light that they disperse.
Too strong rays can burn in hours
all the life that we enjoy.
And clouds of ashes show their powers,
keeping the sun off and destroy.
